The Faculty of Law Journal, Rivers State University (RSUFLJ) is committed to making scholarly legal research freely accessible to the academic community and the wider public. The Journal supports the principle that unrestricted access to scholarly literature promotes the dissemination of knowledge, encourages research, and contributes to the advancement of legal scholarship.

All articles published by the Faculty of Law Journal are made available online to readers without subscription or access fees.
