Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026): Faculty of Law Journal Rivers State University
This Issue 1 of Volume 1 of the Faculty of Law Journal Rivers State University consists of twenty (20) well-researched articles submitted by legal practitioners and law teachers. The articles address diverse contemporary issues cutting across several fields of law. Six (6) of these articles focus on Private and Property Law, five (5) on Environmental Law, three (3) on Company Law, and two (2) on the Law of Evidence. The remaining articles address Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Commercial and Industrial Law, and Oil and Gas Law.
